SELF - Digital Business Platform এর সেবা গ্রহণের জন্য আপনাকে ধন্যবাদ জ্ঞাপন করছি। নিম্নোক্ত শর্তাবলী সাপেক্ষে আপনি আমাদের সেবা গ্রহণ করতে পারবেন। আপনি আমাদের একজন গ্রাহক, সেবাদাতা অথবা বিজনেস মেম্বার হিসেবে নিম্নুক্ত শর্তাবলী মেনে চলতে সম্মত এবং দায়বদ্ধ। SELF যে কোন সময় তার যে কোন শর্ত পূর্ব নোটিশ ব্যতিরেকে পরিবর্তন, পরিবর্ধন কিংবা পরিমার্জন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। আমরা সময়ে সময়ে আমাদের সেবা গ্রহণের এ সকল শর্তাবলী পড়ে নেওয়ার জন্য আপনাকে দৃঢরুপে উৎসাহিত করি। SELF এর সেবা গ্রহণের জন্য এ সকল শর্তাবলী আপনার উপর প্রযোজ্য। আপনি যদি সমস্ত শর্তাবলী মেনে নিতে সম্মত না থাকেন, তবে SELF - Digital Business Platform ব্যবহার থেকে বিরত থাকুন।

বিজনেস মেম্বারদের জন্য সাধারণ নিয়মাবলীঃ
১। শুধুমাত্র বাংলাদেশী নাগরিকরাই এই প্লাটফর্মের বিজনেস মেম্বার হওয়ার সুযোগ পাবেন।
২। বিজনেস মেম্বার হওয়ার জন্য আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ হতে হবে।
৩। একজন ব্যক্তি শুধুমাত্র ১ টি বিজনেস একাউন্ট খুলতে পারবেন। একই ব্যক্তি বিভিন্ন পন্থা অবলম্বন করে একাধিক আইডি পরিচালনা করে গেম্বলিং করার চেষ্টা করলে কোম্পানি তাতে হস্তক্ষেপ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করেন।
৪। কোনো ব্যক্তি কোম্পানির বিজনেস সদস্য হওয়ার পর কোম্পানির পক্ষে ক্ষতিকর এমন কোন কার্যক্রমে অংশগ্রহণ করলে তার একাউন্ট বাতিল করার অধিকার কোম্পানির রয়েছে।
৫। বিজনেস মেম্বার হওয়ার নিবন্ধন ফি ১০০০ টাকা।
৬। প্রতিবছর নিবন্ধন নবায়ন ফি ২০০ টাকা।
৭। আপনার একাউন্টের নিরাপত্তার দায়িত্ব আপনার। ব্যক্তিগত দুর্বলতার কারণে একাউন্ট হ্যাক হলে বা কারো ব্যালেন্স হ্যাক হলে এর দায়ভার কোম্পানির নয়।
৮। উইথড্র দেওয়ার সময় কোন ভুল তথ্য দেওয়ার কারণে টাকা অন্নত্র চলে গেলে সে দায়িত্ব একান্তই আপনার।
৯। কোনো সদস্য কোম্পানির Basic Rank অর্জন করার পর তিনি অন্য কোন এমএলএম / নেটওয়ার্কিং / এফিলিয়েট কোম্পানিতে কাজ করতে পারবেন না। এমনটা করলে এক্ষেত্রে কোম্পানি তার একাউন্ট বাতিলের অধিকার রাখেন।
১০। কোনো সদস্য তার আপলাইনের সাপোর্ট না পাওয়ার কারণে যদি কোম্পানি বরাবরে আপলাইন পরিবর্তনের আবেদন করেন, তবে ঐ আপলাইনের সাথে কোম্পানির পক্ষ থেকে যোগাযোগ করে ১৫ দিনের সময় দেওয়া হবে। ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে যদি আপলাইন তার সদস্যকে সাপোর্ট দিয়ে সন্তুষ্ট না করেন, তবে ১৫ দিন পর ঐ সদস্য আপলাইন পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন। পরবর্তী ১ মাসের মধ্যে যদি ঐ আপলাইন আবার সক্রিয় সাপোর্ট দিয়ে তার সদস্যকে সন্তুষ্ট করে ফিরিয়ে নিতে চান তাও পারবেন। তবে ২য় বার যদি সাপোর্ট না দেওয়ার একই অভিযোগ উঠে, তাহলে ঐ সদস্য স্থায়ীভাবে অন্য আপলাইনের অধীনে চলে যাবেন। উল্লেখ্য যে, শুধুমাত্র টীম সক্রিয় রাখার উদ্দেশ্যেই এ নিয়ম। রেফার পরিবর্তনের ব্যাপারে কোম্পানি উৎসাহী নয়।
১১। কোম্পানি যে কোনো সময় তার নীতিমালা, কার্যপ্রণালী, শর্তাবলী এবং মার্কেটিং পরিকল্পনা পরিবর্তন, পরিবর্ধন কিংবা পরিমার্জন করার পূর্ণ অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করেন। ১২। কোনো সদস্য যদি বিজনেস একাউন্ট করার পর হতে ১ মাসের মধ্যে তার আপলাইন এর বিরুদ্ধে বিজনেস কনসেপ্ট ক্লিয়ার করে নাই মর্মে অভিযোগ তোলে এবং তার সত্যতা পাওয়া যায়, তবে ঐ আপলাইনের ১০০০ টাকা জরিমানা অথবা একাউন্ট সাসপেন্স করা হবে।

গ্রাহকদের জন্য সাধারণ নিয়মাবলীঃ
১। একজন গ্রাহক সাধারণ নিবন্ধন করে SELF এর সকল সেবা উপভোগ করতে পারবেন।
২। সেবা গ্রহণের পাশাপাশি ক্যাশব্যাক ইনকামের সুযোগ রয়েছে।
৩। কোনো প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার করার পর পছন্দ না হলে গ্রাহক তা রিটার্ন করতে পারবেন।

সেবাদাতাদের জন্য সাধারণ নিয়মাবলীঃ
১। লোকাল আউটলেট, ভেন্ডর, ড্রাইভার, প্রফেশনাল এক্সপার্ট, ডাক্তার, ফুড সাপ্লায়ার ইত্যাদি হিসেবে নিবন্ধন করে সেবা দিতে পারবেন।
২। সেবা প্রদানের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো প্রকার অনিয়ম প্রমাণিত হলে সেবাদাতা একাউন্ট বাতিল করা হবে।

বিজনেস সদস্য, গ্রাহক এবং সেবাদাতাদের ব্যালেন্স রিফান্ড পলিসিঃ
১. একজন সদস্য বা গ্রাহক তার আয়ের টাকা যে কোনো সময় উত্তোলনের পূর্ণ অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করেন।
২. একজন সদস্য, গ্রাহক বা সেবাদাতা তার পে আউট ব্যালেন্স এর টাকা যে কোনো সময় উত্তোলনের পূর্ণ অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করেন। কিন্তু কস্টিং ব্যালেন্স এর টাকা উত্তোলনযোগ্য নয়; বরং এ ব্যালেন্স দিয়ে যে কোনো সেবা গ্রহণ করতে পারবেন। তবে কোনো কারণে কোম্পানি বন্ধ হয়ে গেলে এ টাকাও ফেরত পাবেন।
৩. একজন সদস্য বিজনেস একাউন্ট নিবন্ধন ফি হিসেবে যে টাকা প্রদান করে থাকে, কোম্পানি ৩ মাস পর্যন্ত তার দায়িত্ব বহন করবে। অর্থাৎ কোনো ব্যক্তি একাউন্ট করার পর অন্তত ৩ মাস যদি কোম্পানি চলমান থাকে, তবে তিনি নিবন্ধন এর টাকা আর দাবি করতে পারবেন না। আর কোনো সদস্য নিবন্ধন করার পর ৩ মাসের কম সময়ের ব্যবধানে যদি কোম্পানি বন্ধ হয়ে যায়, এ অবস্থায় তিনি যদি নিবন্ধন এর টাকার সম পরিমাণ বা তার বেশি ইনকাম করে ফেলেন, তবে তিনিও আর নিবন্ধন ফি ফেরত পাবেন না। তবে নিবন্ধন এর ৩ মাসের মধ্যে কোনো কারণে কোম্পানি বন্ধ হয়ে গেলে, এ অবস্থায় যদি তার ইনকাম এর টাকা নিবন্ধন ফি এর চেয়ে কম হয়, তাহলে তিনি বাকি টাকা ফেরত পাবেন।
৪। কোনো গ্রাহক মারা গেলে তার নমিনী উক্ত গ্রাহকের টাকা তুলে নিতে পারবেন। নমিনীকেও পাওয়া না গেলে এ টাকা গ্রাহকের নামের উপর দান করা হবে।
